As per the ICAR guidelines, Swatchata pakhwada was celebrated from 16th to 31st December 2021at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Tuniki, Medak. In this event, daily Swachhta-related activities were done in different aspects staff of Krishi Vigyan Kendra and Department of Agriculture participated in this activity. At this event, various activities like displaying banners of Swachhata pakhwada at public places, cleaning offices and their premises, sanitation drive at nearby villages Mutrajpally, Mantur, Bandapothugal, and Pothireddipally, etc. drawing and quiz competition among rural youth and school students were organized. Farmers and farm women about swachhata machine and its importance in every event organized at KVK and nearby villages.

Dr.Ramanaidu- Ekalavya Foundation, ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Tuniki conducted “Swachh Bharat Abyaan -Swachhta Hi Seva” program from 01st October to 31st October 2021 in various villages Bandapothugal village of Chilipiched Mandal of Medak District. In this program, Mr. Maddina Sreekanth, SMS (AEXT) spoke on the importance of Sanitation, and COVID Appropriate Behavior and also explained the significance of Crop Waste Management to the farmers and rural youth who participated in this program.
